This can help improve resident satisfaction and retention , ultimately leading to improved financial performance for the residential community .
However , the adoption of digital transformation in the residential community industry in South Africa has been slow . Many residential communities still rely on manual processes and traditional methods of communication , which can be time-consuming and inefficient . There is a need for a cultural shift in the industry towards embracing digital transformation and investing in the necessary technology and infrastructure .
ARC performs a necessary role in proactively supporting the leaders of homeowners associations and bodies corporate , and we believe that we have a responsibility to practise what we preach . We have thus embarked on a digital transformation journey of our own , one that we believe will provide the catalyst for this necessary culture shift .

This software incorporates various solutions to create the first all-inone platform the residential community industry in South Africa has seen . This software addresses and incorporates three key elements of the service we provide to our members and partners :
• Membership Management – allowing us to manage ARC memberships and partnerships more effectively and efficiently
• Event Management – allowing us to manage events and meetings more seamlessly
• Community Management – enabling our members and partners to engage and network with one another directly within the platform .
The need for digital transformation in the residential community industry in South Africa cannot be overstated . By embracing digital tools and technologies , ARC members can improve their operations , enhance resident experiences , and ultimately improve their financial performance . The industry must be willing to invest in digital transformation and work towards creating a more digitally enabled future .
