Your unique business journey
T
ROY ACCOUNTING is
launching new services to help
support clients throughout
their business journey.
Directors Helen Clements and
Boo Donovan continually strive
to do the best for their clients by
reviewing and evolving services
provided to ensure businesses
receive exactly what they need to
support growth and aspirations.
This is completely in line with
their business ethos – ‘collaborate,
communicate and invigorate’ – to
build an important relationship with
clients.
Some of the services were
launched recently and were
designed to recognise where a
business is on its growth journey.
Helen and Boo make sure they
spend time with business owners
to really understand what stage
they are at and ensure the services
off ered are right for them.
Helen said: “Perhaps the business
has just started and only needs
basic services, such as year-end
accounts and a tax return, or
maybe it is an established business
with staff and complex processes
requiring a focus on business review
or accounting services such as VAT,
payroll and forecasting.”
The products have been named
40 Resident
to give a sense of where in their
journey a client might be:
• Set for success;
• Ignite growth;
• Develop and fl ourish;
• Thrive and mature.
With 40 years’ accounting
knowledge and business experience
between them, Helen and Boo have
a lot to off er in addition to the more
usual accounting services.
“We can provide businesses with
‘virtual’ or part-time fi nance director
support so business owners have
a key fi nance and business expert
they can call on,” Helen continued.
“It might be to discuss new ideas
for products or give a considered
opinion on investment into new
fi nancial systems or recruitment of
more staff .
“Troy can provide business
reviews to identify where
effi ciencies or improvements
could be made to current fi nancial
processes or systems, and then lead
on a project to implement changes
and help to achieve those goals and
aspirations.”
Helen and Boo are developing a
dedicated training area and range
of business courses called, Training
Sparks, to be launched in early
2020 in response to client feedback
and business needs.
The areas in the development
are: online portal training courses;
face to face business focussed
workshops, including sessions run
by experts on other areas that are
critical to a business success; face
to face and online training courses
for QuickBooks and Xero (cloud-
based accounting software) .
“All will be aimed at arming
businesses with the tools they need
to be more in control over their day-
to-day fi nances and able to make
better decisions to help the success
of the business.”
