leg slightly, and lower
the arms and torso while
raising the right leg
behind the body eep
the left nee slightly
bent and reach the arms
as close to the oor as
possible. Raise the torso
while lowering the right
leg witch legs f you
wish to ma e this harder,
find a hill and wal up it
slightly acing upwards
repeat the same process
but this makes it harder
due to there being
more resistance.

Mountain Climber
tarting on your hands and
knees, bring the left foot
forward directly under the
chest while straightening
the right leg eeping the
hands on the ground and
core tight, ump and switch
on to the other leg. The left
leg should now be e tended
behind the body with the
right nee forward reat
e ercise to do for raising your
heart rate, just make sure
you remember to ta e deep
breaths along the way as the
nature of the movement can
ma e you a little breathless
