Projects, Activities, etc.: Floor and Step Aero- bics, Biking, Boot Camp, Cardio kickboxing, Circuit Training, Jogging, Jump Training, Plyo- metrics, Power Walking, Inline Skating, Yoga, Resistance Training with dumbbells, bands, stability balls, and the latest trends.
