From the very beginning, the journey of Crofton House has been made possible by generations of parents, alumnae, and grandparents who believed in girl-centred education just as our founder, Dr Jessie Gordon, did back in 1898. That belief – that girls deserved the best opportunities to learn, lead, and contribute to the world – was radical then, and continues to inspire us today. Through your generous and unwavering support, CHS remains a place where no student is ever asked to dream smaller just because she is a girl. This is what our community has made possible, and as an educator, a woman, and a mother of three daughters, I am truly deeply grateful.
