ANNUAL FUND

In 2024 – 2025, the Annual Fund raised $ 234,271 in cash and pledges for CHS, and $ 111,810 in cash and pledges for the CHS Foundation.

Supporting Every Student’ s CHS Journey
The Annual Fund is Crofton House School’ s yearly fundraising initiative, inviting support from alumnae and parents who have completed their commitments to the Campus Master Plan or the New Parents’ Appeal.
The primary focus is the General Financial Assistance Fund and the Gordon Bursary, which ensure that students facing financial barriers can access the benefits of a girl-centred education.
Donors may also choose to direct their gifts to areas of impact such as the Ivy Fund, enhancing academics, arts, and athletics programs; the Greatest Needs Fund, providing flexibility to respond to emerging opportunities; or The Woods Fund, preserving our natural campus for future generations.
CREATING MEANINGFUL IMPACT
This year’ s Annual Fund created a meaningful impact at the School— enhancing educational programs and dynamic learning spaces, and increasing access to Crofton House through financial support.
The Financial Assistance Fund benefited 36 students and their families— both through entrance bursaries, opening the door to a Crofton House education for new students, and through assistance for existing families whose financial circumstances had changed, ensuring continuity of education for their daughters.
Thanks to investment in the Ivy Fund, the School was able to purchase additional instruments and new furnishings, and transform the Chee Family Foyer in the Beedie Fine Arts Centre into a warm and inspiring learning space. Contributions also supported upgrades to our textiles and food programs, providing new cookware, cooktops and refreshed equipment for hands-on learning.
