Overall, 12% of respondents across industries are reporting increases and half of that number saying the
growth has been dramatic. At the opposite end of the spectrum, 3% report their organization was forced
to shut down, and 69% report their business has declined. For 28%, those declines have been steep, and
concerns about economic recovery time top the list across every sector. For details by industry, please

Respondents were largely successful in securing PPP Loans, with 76% reporting they obtained a loan.
While 31% list PPP loan forgiveness as one of their top concerns for the next 12 months, the average
level of that concern is moderate, averaging 51 on a scale of one to 100.
