Garlic & Herb Dipping Oil

2 teaspoons dried minced garlic*

2 teaspoons Italian Herb Seasoning

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1- 1.5 cups, depending on the size of your oil dispenser)

*(Never store raw garlic in oil at room temperature, or bacteria can occur)

STEP 1) Mix the garlic, herbs, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.

STEP 2) Then with a funnel, pour the herbs into an oil dispenser.

STEP 3) With funnel, pour olive oil into oil dispenser, place cap on top and shake to combine well.

STEP 4) Allow to sit for at least 24 hours before using so the herbs and garlic can fully flavor the oil.

Pick up an inexpensive aluminum pail at a hardware store. Fill the gift pail with a new dish towel, a small bottle of wine, the Garlic & Herb Dipping Oil and a fresh baguette loaf wrapped in parchment paper.
