9.4.1.2 address the localized needs and concerns of Medical Staff members at each of the participating hospitals ; and
9.4.1.3 describe a process for the voting members of the Medical Staff of each separately certified hospital to be advised of their rights to opt out of the unified and integrated Medical Staff structure after a majority vote by the members to maintain a separate and distinct Medical Staff for their hospital .
9.4.2 Adoption of a Unified Medical Staff :
9.4.2.1 The voting Medical Staff members may opt out of the unified Medical Staff structure by conducting a vote in accordance with the process outlined in the Section of the Bylaws pertaining to Bylaws amendments .
