Fire detection and suppression systems are a critical element of the Hospital ’ s Life Safety Program and must be maintained at all times
Disarming fire / life safety system or component ( s ) must be requested via a 72 hour notice prior to any work on these systems including :
sprinkler system heat and smoke detection systems electronic alarm and annunciation system
all fixed fire extinguishing systems including , carbon dioxide , wet or dry chemical systems
