COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT OVERVIEW
The 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment( CHNA) was conducted through a collaborative partnership between Renown Health and Northern Nevada Public Health to better understand the health needs and strengths of the communities they serve. The assessment combined community input from surveys, focus groups, interviews, and a community forum with analysis of local health data to identify the region ' s most significant health needs. Using an evidence-informed prioritization process, Renown Health and Northern Nevada Public Health identified the four priority health needs shown below. These priorities serve as the foundation for the goals, strategies, partnerships, and investments outlined in this 2027 – 2029 Community Health Implementation Strategy.
Priority Focus Areas:
This Implementation Strategy outlines how Renown Health will invest its Community Benefit resources and work alongside community partners to address the priority health needs identified through the 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment. The plan establishes the goals, strategies, and partnerships that will guide implementation from 2027 through 2029.
