( 10) The affected member will not be entitled to any procedural rights beyond those outlined above with respect to the Board’ s decision or the effect of the decision on their clinical privileges, notwithstanding the provisions in Article 8 of this Manual.
( 11) The inability of a member to exercise clinical privileges because of an exclusive contract or resolution is not a matter that requires a report to the state licensure board or to the National Practitioner Data Bank.
( 12) Except as provided above, in the event of any conflict between this Manual or the Medical Staff Bylaws and the terms of any contract, the terms of the contract shall control.
