CARE BEGINS BEFORE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT
At InHome Physical Therapy, personalized care at home comes with people who help clients navigate the process, from the first call through ongoing treatment.
YOUR FIRST CONVERSATION
A first call is an opportunity to discuss:
FIRST, SOMEONE LISTENS
When someone needs rehabilitation, knowing where to start can be its own challenge. At InHome Physical Therapy, the first conversation is with a real person who listens, takes time to understand their circumstances and helps explain the next steps.
That support connects clients with care shaped around their needs, with a team available to help coordinate the practical details along the way.
DIFFERENT LIVES, DIFFERENT GOALS
InHome provides physiotherapy and exercise therapy in clients’ homes and other residential settings. Clients span different ages and circumstances: children developing movement skills, adults recovering after surgery or injury, people working toward a return to work, and older adults maintaining mobility and independence.
Assessment, treatment and personalized exercise plans reflect each client’ s needs and goals. Receiving care at home allows therapists to connect rehabilitation with familiar spaces and everyday routines, while removing the need to travel to a clinic.
THE SUPPORT BEHIND THE CARE
Alongside the therapists is a support team providing care coordination and dedicated billing assistance. The team helps funded clients navigate processes related to Veterans Affairs Canada( VAC), motor vehicle accidents( MVA), the Workers’ Compensation Board( WCB) and other programs, and works with referral sources. Funding arrangements depend on individual circumstances and program requirements.
Clients continue to have people they can turn to as questions arise throughout their care. Together, the therapists and support team help take practical tasks off clients’ plates so they can focus on their treatment, recovery and personal goals.
