Named for Pat, Mike Pigot’ s mom, and Betty, business partner James Martin’ s mom, the restaurant draws inspiration from the food, family traditions and hospitality that shaped them both. European-inspired with a Canadian influence, Pat & Betty brings those memories to the table while giving guests a place to create new ones of their own.
