MANGO SALSA INGREDIENTS

red onions , small dice

fresh cilantro , rough chop
1 / 4 cup
red pepper , small dice
3 Tbsp .
KFI ' s Mango Chutney sauce
CORIANDER CILANTRO AIOLI INGREDIENTS 1 / 4 cup mayo 3 Tbsp . KFI ' s Coriander Cilantro Chutney sauce
DIRECTIONS Mix yogurt and KFI ' s Tandoori Marinade in a bowl . Add chicken breasts and coat with mixture . Cover and refrigerate to marinate 4-8 hours .
In a bowl , combine diced mango , red onion , red peppers , cilantro and KFI ' s Mango Chutney sauce . Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours .
In a small bowl combine mayo and KFI ' s Coriander Cilantro Chutney sauce . Set aside .
Pull the chicken out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature before grilling to ensure that it doesn ' t over dry when grilling . Grill until internal temperature reaches 165 ° F .
Grill bun lightly . Spread KFI ' s Coriander Cilantro Chutney sauce on the bun . Add chicken breast , lettuce , red onions and mango salsa .
