BURGER ASSEMBLY INGREDIENTS burger buns pickled jalapeƱos , for topping tortilla chips , for topping guacamole , for topping
CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp .
salted butter
1 Tbsp .
all-purpose flour
1 1 / 2 cups
milk
1 / 2 lb
Monterey Jack , shredded
salt
pepper
PICO DE GALLO INGREDIENTS
1 cup
red onion , diced small
1 cup
tomatoes , diced small
1
jalapeno , seeded and finely diced
1 / 4 bunch
fresh cilantro , rough chopped
1 / 2
lime , juiced
1 / 8 tsp
sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1 . For the Pico de Gallo , combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl . For best results , let the mixture marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes or several hours in the fridge .
2 . For the chipotle aioli , mix all the ingredients in a small bowl . Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator . It will keep for 3-4 days .
3 . For the cheese sauce , in a saucepan , melt the butter and stir in the flour . Cook over medium heat for 30 seconds . Whisk in the milk and cook until thickened , whisking constantly . Stir in Monterey Jack cheese until melted . Season with salt and pepper . Set to the side .
4 . Preheat grill of to medium high heat .
5 . In a bowl , mix the ground beef , Rave BBQ Rubs Da Burger Bomb , egg and bread or panko crumbs . Form into thick round burger patties and indent the middle with your thumb to prevent shrinking while cooking .
6 . Grill burger patties 4-5 minutes per side .
7 . Spread chipotle aioli on the bottom buns and guacamole on the top buns . Place burger patties on the buns . Top with cheese sauce , Pico de Gallo , jalapeƱos and chips . Enjoy !
