Poor Digestion
• Fast and undereat for 16-20 hours per day in order to give the
digestive system a break.
• Don’t follow the typical six meals a day bodybuilding style diets.
• Supplement with probiotics.
• Eat probiotic containing fermented foods such as kimchi, raw
organic sauerkraut and raw goats milk or kefir.
• Use apple cider vinegar with your meals.
• Eliminate or minimize the consumption of legumes, grains, sugar
and pasteurized dairy.
• Chew your food a bare minimum of 50 times before swallowing.
• Don’t drink liquids while eating as it dilutes your stomach acids.
