To get the "Minked" look to the lashes, apply a brown mascara and tip the lashes with a black mascara. In working with blonde customers, I notice women with lighter lashes can have a disconnect look to the lash line when mascara is applied. So keeping the root of the lashes lighter, doesn't create any depth. So
