CEILING FANS:
Now is the time to rid yourself of all that dust by getting up there with a warm, soapy cloth.
AIR CONDITIONER:
Unscrew the intake cover, replace the filter and wash the cover before replacing. It may even need a coat of paint to make it pristine, again!
SCREENS:
Check all your window and pool screens for tears and holes! ESSING SCREENS will do a fabulous job and they are reasonably priced! (It is also an HoA requirement, that your screens be in good order!)
SMOKE DETECTORS:
If you didn't change your smoke detector battery at the time change, now is a good time to do that! Change them all, while you are at it!
SWIMMING POOL:
Because you are not outdoors during the winter, the pool is often overlooked! Have you checked your PH level, lately and (heaven forbid) do you have a leak? Just as well to have it thoroughly serviced by ST CLOUD PINCH A PENNY - call 407-957-1136
DEEP CLEAN:
How about decluttering and deep cleaning? Replace the shower curtain liner with new, organize all those 'tchachkies' and clear your closet of unwanted clothing!
A PLACE FOR GRACE (1209 Florida Ave), would be a good place to donate and they DO offer a tax receipt!
That should keep you on the right side of your HoA and on the road to a happy, home!
