HISTORICAL ROOTS
Corydon was Indiana ’ s first capital and the site of the only Civil War battle fought on Hoosier soil , and New Albany was where the Underground Railroad provided a path to free-dom . Clarksville was arguably the true starting point of the Lewis and Clark Expedition .
