With the summer months fast approaching. Actress and radio personality, Shalima Mkongi shared her top five diet and exercise tips.
Top 5 diet and exercise tips.
1. Try and get into a routine of exercising daily. Starting your day with some exercise is usually the better route, for me atleast, that way it is out of the way and you start your day on high note.
2. breakfast is the most important meal of the day so don't miss it.
3. Don't stop when you feel defeated, slow down, but keep going. Nothing is worse than going back to gym after a long time.
4. Don't diet, make healthier food choices. I struggle to stick to a diet, so I just stay away from certain foods that i know will not help my fitness journey and focus on eating healthier options.
