Thanks for joining us for the 65th issue of REI Wealth magazine. It ' s a pleasure to feature Adiel Gorel on the cover of our new publication.
Adiel, the founder of ICG Real Estate Investments, is a wellknown and respected professional in the Bay Area. He is also a national and international speaker. Adiel has been hosting conferences and online webinars for many years.
We ' ve also had the pleasure of hosting him at some of our inperson REI Wealth and Realty411 events as well.
For many years, Adiel has dedicated his time to helping other people learn about the benefits of real estate investing. What I like so much about his message is that he keeps it simple. I find so many educators and professionals seem to want to mystify real estate. He makes real estate investing approachable.

Having access to a 30year FIXED mortgage is one of the greatest opportunities we have in the United States. Most countries around the world do not have access to longterm fixedrate real estate financing, one where only a small down payment is necessary, and the loan PI payments( as well as the loan balance) never keep up with inflation). In most places, people either have to pay cash for real estate, or have fully and infinitely adjustable mortgages, which constantly rise with inflation.
The fixed 30year mortgage is truly an All American grand slam! Please take advantage of one of the best economic structures available to build security and wealth over time.
