Global Sustainable REITs Climbed With Equities ( June 2020 to June 2021 )
The selection of stocks included in the GPR IPCM LFFS Sustainable GERS Index is based on the companies having a ranking based on the Inflection Point Capital Management ( IPCM ) proprietary sustainability ESG model , in cooperation with the La Francaise Securities team . Companies rated in the top two quartiles of the investment universe ( currently a subset of around 340 global real estate securities companies ) are eligible for inclusion and capped at a maximum of 150 constituents in order to keep a differentiated qualitative angle of this subset of global universe .
