Global Sustainable REITs Climbed With Equities( June 2020 to June 2021)

The selection of stocks included in the GPR IPCM LFFS Sustainable GERS Index is based on the companies having a ranking based on the Inflection Point Capital Management( IPCM) proprietary sustainability ESG model, in cooperation with the La Francaise Securities team. Companies rated in the top two quartiles of the investment universe( currently a subset of around 340 global real estate securities companies) are eligible for inclusion and capped at a maximum of 150 constituents in order to keep a differentiated qualitative angle of this subset of global universe.
