in a Rocky Real Estate Market

T
he real estate market that investors are experiencing today is unprecedented. With a dramatic
decrease in construction, banks that simply don’t want to lend and so many homes that are
underwater in their value, real estate investors are finding it harder and harder to get the leads they
need in order to make deals. To add to the difficulty, many homeowners in areas that have been
plagued by ongoing droughts and wildfires have chosen to move to other areas, increasing the overall demand
on an already struggling real estate supply.

uncommon areas. Lawrence Yun of
Realtormag said, “The market is looking much

homes is at its lowest level in seven years,
while newly constructed home inventory
has hit a 50year low mark.
