INTERVIEW WITH VINCENT BALAGIA, FOUNDER & CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER OF STALLION CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LINDA PLIAGAS 8. Do you have anything you would like to add? Its important to remind investors of our underlying philosophy with respect to investing capital. We believe that real assets offer the greatest level of downside protection in todays environment. Our objective is to preserve capital to the greatest extent possible, while still earning an attractive rate of return. Our view is that loans on real assets, at a conservative loan to value ratio, present the greatest way to capitalize on this objective. At the end of the day, we are conservative investors that take the idea of stewardship of capital extremely seriously. We believe our Fund offers a turn-key method for investors to participate in this opportunity.
