What can we expect to be the next cycle in real estate?” Well, there’s no way to know the future 100%. There’s no way to guarantee what will change. But, there are some telltale signs to watch out for. Let me point out here that it’s not just me saying it’s a wonderful time to pursue the prospects available right now in real estate. Wall street says there is incredible opportunity in single-family homes across America at present. And for one of the very first times in America’s history, Wall Street has made a move on Main Street. By that, I mean that Wall Street has now formed major hedge funds, which are competing with investors nationwide. So we watch Wall Street. Some of the largest hedge funds have bought twenty or thirty thousand homes in their first year of business. This amount is equal to 99% of the inventory that ALL investors across the nation would buy altogether, in their lifetime. And some of these hedge funds have bought that many in one year. But then, you have to look at a mode
