WHY DO YOU NEED A LAND TRUST? RANDY HUGHES
Do you realize that one false move with just one of
your properties can cause you to lose all of your
hard earned investments? One careless tenant
can be injured on your property and the world will
fall all around you.
Ask yourself the following
question “Can you control what is happening in all
of your properties right now – this minute?” Is it
possible that a careless tenant can be injured or
die tonight in your rental property? This happens
every day in America and you cannot avoid all
risks with insurance. Insurance companies are
notorious for denying coverage when you need it
the most.
Land Trusts are easy and inexpensive to set up and
your first line of defense to insulate you from the
millions of lawsuits happening in America every year.
You need to put each of your properties into
separate Land Trusts. This means to put the title of
your real estate in the name of the Trust…NOT
your personal name! This will “insulate” each
property from the others. You need the knowledge
that your attorney does not have on this asset
preserving technique. Why work so hard to have
one uncontrollable tenant event cause you to lose
all of your properties? Come on! You are working
very hard to build your asset portfolio. Why lose it
now?
We all know that our legal system has run amuck! It
is no longer about who is right and who is wrong.
Our court rooms are controlled solely by those who
can afford the smartest lawyer that knows all the
court room “tricks” to get the end result desired. The
most dangerous terrorist of the 21st century that you
need to fear is the contingency fee lawyer! Do you
want protection from the contingency fee lawyer or
would you rather have a bare knuckle fight with him
without any defense guards in place? It will cost you
a fortune just to defend yourself!
You have probably noticed that it is VERY difficult to
find any information about Land Trusts and how they
operate. That is why people from all over the United
States come to my website to find accurate
information about Land Trusts. Most attorneys do not
know how to set up and administer a Land Trust
(they receive only three hours…if any, of trust
education in law school). Many attorneys have
purchased my home study course or attended my
seminars to educate themselves on land trust law.
