Introducing A Private Lending Leader and Lady Extraordinaire

Thank you for turning your attention to another issue of REI Wealth magazine . In this special edition , we are excited to introduce an amazing private lending leader , one I ' ve worked closely with the past few months .

Amy Mahjoory has raised well over $ 20 million in private money , and she recently joined us in person at an event cohosted by our company . She made a phenomenal impact in a short amount of time .
In fact , she taught numerous students how to raise capital while staying within legal guidelines . By the end of the training , her students were able to raise over $ 2 million in private money for their transactions . We also had the pleasure of meeting some of Amy ' s students — investors in the area who have been implementing her teachings for a number of years already . All of them were able to leave their professional careers behind for fulltime real estate investing ... and it ' s working out fantastic !
It was indeed a pleasure to introduce Amy to additional investors in California who want to learn the skills needed to raise capital for all their real estate transactions .
The ability to acquire capital for deals is perhaps the most valuable tool in an investor ' s box . Most of the
real estate properties I ' ve acquired , and those purchased by colleagues , are with private capital from individual investors . We are not discussing the type of financing where an investor puts down 20 %, fills out an application , and waits for underwriting .
No , I ' m talking about true private lending where you develop relationships with individual sources who will provide capital to you for real estate transactions in exchange for interest , terms , and other conditions .
Amy reinforced this reality : more people want to get involved in real estate , but they lack the time or money . Private lending creates an opportunity for a busy professional to take part in a real estate transaction , and see profit , without the headache associated with actually owning the asset .
It can be a win / win scenario for busy people and professional real estate investors alike . I encourage you to read about Amy inside and to learn from her in person if you have the opportunity .
We have fantastic articles in our new REI Wealth issue that cover important timely topics , such as private capital , taxes , fixing and flipping , and features on incredible real estate leaders making a difference in the lives of many people .
I encourage you to read this issue cover to cover , and please let us know your feedback . It ' s such a pleasure to provide such quality articles and resources to help guide your real estate journey .
Until next time ,
