It ’ s not just the benefits of private money that are so important . It may be a bitter pill to swallow , but the truth is that without it , you are a performance­challenged real estate investor or entrepreneur .
Without this edge , you are operating at a deficit when it comes to efficient and cost­ effective funding , risk levels , returns , and the scale at which you could be achieving . You are leaving money on the table . You are definitely suffering expensive missed opportunity costs .
