Well friends , we just wrapped up hosting an inperson event in Philadelphia . What a spectacular time we had connecting with our readers and friends in the MidAtlantic region ! A variety of subjects were discussed at our oneday Investor Summit , including private lending , business capital , rehabbing properties , asset protection , landing banking , acquisition strategies , and more .
We enjoyed a full day of learning and networking . It ' s so special to host our Investor Summits across the nation . Every event we produce
allows us to learn and experience a different market .
It ' s fascinating to compare architectural styles , property prices , market rents , local housing ordinances , etc . Our Investor Summit united many experienced investors who owned properties both locally and some as far as six hours away .
At our Philadelphia Investor Summit , guests learned principles on leveraging , how nonresource business lines of credit can expand a business , and how to identify fastgrowing realestate markets . Our speakers shared negotiation strategies , investing in resort locations , infinite banking insight , plus assetprotection true stories .
I want to thank everyone who helped us in having a spectacular day in Philadelphia .
