I started with 20 minutes a day . After 30 days , I added another 15 minutes ( 35 minutes ) After another 30 days , I added another 15 minutes ( 50 minutes )
I am currently at 90 minutes = 10,000 steps No breaks . No stops . No excuses .
If it ’ s raining , I will walk on a treadmill or find a mall or an inside area to walk around in .
The # of Total Steps at the end of the day has increased over time because I am able to walk faster .
