Most Important Tip - Add more colorful foods on your plate vs . white foods ( carbohydrates ) - Eat more vegetables , more leafy greens , and more proteins - Eat less carbs

No foods are off limits … just smaller portions !

Instead of dinner plates , I use small salad plates or dessert plates .

If I am out to dinner with Adriana , we split a meal .

This saves calories and saves money !
