My goal is to drink 120 ounces of water every day . It ’ s the hardest thing for me to do .

I line up bottles of water or I take a large jug of water and put indicators with tape to measure the amounts I need to drink .

I also reduced my sugar intake . It ’ s the worst enemy since sugar is in everything – even fruits .

I only eat fruits during the day , so my body has time to process .
