These range of materials are used in the renovation of the interior.
Concrete is the flooring material. The Georgian Bricks of
the chimneys will be sand-blasted to remove the white paint
and be left natural. Box walls in coloured timber are attached

to the chimneys for the ‘old and new’ aesthetic concept.
Another wooden material is used for the staircase, handrails,
and furniture pieces in the studios to match the overall scheme.
The marble will be used on the lift wall to create a contrast with
the white walls, and the colourful wooden pieces. All the other
walls will be painted in white.
