Customer Experience Area
The Customer Experience area will be responsible for marketing services; hosting exhibitions,
large networking events, and conventions; providing showrooms and permanent display halls.
The ROIC products and startups can be presented here through a unique smart environment
which will allow visitors to view, interact with, and appreciate their true value.
KEY SERVICES
Customer Experience Area will take the role of the bridge between the STI ecosystem and the
ROIC areas, connecting professionals coming from the ecosystem to corresponding ROIC
areas. An entrepreneur, for example, will be directed to the Incubation Area, an Angel Investor
will be directed to the Acceleration area, Researchers to the Experimentation Area, etc. This
area will be responsible for taking orders from private and public organizations.
ROIC Customer Experience area equipped with IoT sensors will include showrooms, permanent
display, amphitheater, conference rrooms, auditoriums, and other amenities where visitors can
learn about emerging technologies and trends, see new applied R&D investigation results and
prototypes. This is envisioned as a fully customizable and technologically equipped
environment which actively uses immersive technologies and demo station s to give customers
the chance to test and put revolutionary products/services to use. From the first step that the
customer sets into this area, they will inevitably feel that new disruptive technologies are
already part of the surrounding environment and human life. In order to achieve that effect,
ROIC will have intelligent and friendly robots and androids perform human tasks. For instance,
humanoid robots and 3D holograms may guide the visitors through the halls of the area,
showing them the full range of technologies presented in the area.
