The driving force of innovation, knowledge is one of the key elements of ROIC. It is mainly
created by Academia, which ensures the permanent presence of Intellectual Capacity
(students, professors, researchers) in the ROIC.
The main component of the collaboration with Academia will be hosting university
departments and faculties at ROIC. Under this collaboration model, some departments of
leading Armenian universities will be physically located at ROIC. All academic courses and
research initiatives will be organized by ROIC professionals and all the ROIC facilities and
lab infrastructure will be available for this purpose. Despite the fact that chosen
departments will be hosted at the ROIC, students will still be the graduates of partner
universities.
The curriculum development, decisions on faculty hiring processes and overall
management will be fully within the competence of the ROIC. The salaries of hired
professionals and all faculty members will be covered by the ROIC.
