TECHNICAL GLOSSARY
PROP SIZE: Recommended propeller size( normally stated in inches of pitch) for normal load and operating conditions. Published propeller pitch sizes were attained under specific test conditions. Actual requirement may vary, based on load, water conditions, trim of boat, condition of propeller, etc.
RECESSED PROP-POCKETS: A yacht hull-propulsion design that reduces draft, allows cruising in shallower waters. Along with a smaller shaft angle“ hole shots” are quicker, fuel economy and fuel range are increased.
SEA MARK CANVAS: Sunbrella ® canvas with a secondary process that adds a vinyl coating to the underside of the bimini top canvas.
SLEEPING CAPACITY: Number of people sleeping in either permanent or convertible sleeping areas.
STEP HULL: A bottom design that results in greater high speed, fuel economy and control by lessening the wet surface running triangle.
TRU-TRACK INVERTED STRAKES: Includes a set of aft inboard strakes that eliminate the low speed wandering of traditional hulls. Both the forward and aft strakes provide mid / hid speed stability and tracking.
