As a design practice BHD always advise their clients regarding interior changes that may be deemed to affect the resale value of the property. In this case turning a third bedroom into a bespoke walk in wardrobe and adding more floor space to the second guest bedroom and hallway was the client’s preference. What started out as a simple kitchen progressed into a full apartment remodelling, as the original developer’s specification for this apartment was completed in 2007 the clients felt it was starting to look rather tired and dated, and in desperate need of renovation.
