To further enhance the levels of light within the property, a Sieger® 40 roof lantern was installed. The slim design of this aluminium roof lantern enables the home to benefit from a contemporary feature that is in keeping with the whole home extension project. During this project the Sieger® contracts team worked closely with the builder to overcome the challenge of installing aluminium sliding doors with uneven sliding panes meeting each other; because with this design, there was a two-track sliding door meeting a three-track sliding door. With the Sieger® Slim Sliding Door, uneven numbers of sliding doors can be designed to meet each other at a corner joint to suit the design of buildings that have an opening with one side wider than the other. The Sieger® Slim Sliding Door boasts an outstanding sightline of only 20mm, one of the most minimal sightlines available on the market. Slim sightlines like these enable the occupants to enjoy outstanding views of the garden and surrounding landscape with minimal visual obstruction. Another impressive feature of these slimline aluminium sliding doors is the ability to hide the top and side framed within the finishes of the ceiling and walls finishes. www.refurbandrestore.co.uk - 23
