upstairs, we used every available space to
create high specification ensuite bathrooms
alongside the restored bedrooms.
In the basement we created a series of more
intimate spaces including a games room,
study and home cinema.
Additional space was created by glazing over
a disused outdoor yard to form a spacious
and light-filled library and family room with
handcrafted bookshelves, and cellars were
reused for study, cinema and service spaces.
A new external glass staircase leads from
the main living area to the newly landscaped
garden, where a garden pavilion has been
added.
