Prior to restoration , this imposing Grade II listed Victorian home had been subdivided into flats and was falling into disrepair .
We returned it to its former glory as a single home , blending carefully restored historic features with contemporary interior design and fittings .
The exterior was carefully restored , including a prominent graphic frieze and elaborate glazed panels . The ground floor was opened up to create airy living areas .
