UFH CASE STUDY POPLAR CLOSE, RISHTON, LANCASHIRE

Thoughtful upgrades to increase the property’ s functionality and value.
Objectives
The client wished to modernize and improve their residential property located in Rishton, Lancashire. The existing outdoor conservatory was demolished to extend the building ground floor area, becoming a new, larger living area with adjoining guest toilet and extra rooms. A kitchen re-design introduced a butler’ s pantry and increased storage while creating an open, inviting atmosphere. The clients sought to further optimize their investment through thoughtful upgrades to increase the property’ s functionality and value.
Solution
An underfloor heating system was suggested to provide further value and comfort. After some research and quotes the client decided to use the Bute-Heatline UFH system, which utilises flexible, easy-toinstall and thermally efficient Buteline pipe. This offered an efficient installation and total peace of mind. The contractors, MTB Construction, had not used Buteline before so product training and support via several site visits were made by the Buteline Area Sales Manager. The MTB team enjoyed using Buteline and expressed interest in using Bute-Heatline UFH for their other projects.
Client Feedback
“ The services from Chris at Buteline were especially exceptional and he was available anytime to have a discussion on anything regarding the UFH. Chris attended site to meet with us and Mick … and even attended at the final stage to see we were happy with the whole outcome. Highly recommend Buteline for the product quality and exceptional service before, during and after service.”
