The iSense-Plus from Nuaire, part of the Genuit group, is a decentralised mechanical extract ventilation( dMEV) fan designed for continuous background ventilation in new build homes. It offers a cost-effective alternative to wholehouse systems, extracting moisture directly from wet rooms like bathrooms and kitchens, helping prevent damp and mould.
With an adjustable internal humidistat and intelligent run-on timer, the iSense-Plus can operate automatically or be manually adjusted to suit the user’ s lifestyle. It is designed for straightforward installation on walls or ceilings, with kits that include all necessary components for a complete fit.
