Deb Carter new Dean of Off-Campus Programs
eb Carter, well known as director of Siena’s Benton Harbor
degree completion center, began
work this summer in her new
role as Dean of Off-Campus Programs. In
the position, she oversees all seven Siena
Heights degree completion programs, replacing former dean Norm Bukwaz, now
a consultant.
