Pandemic… until 2020 I always thought it only happens in movies, and it always ends well. How little I knew. In real life a pandemic is much less like a movie and more than a bad nightmare. A very, very long one. When the pandemic happened we were unprepared for all the hardship it would bring. We are still fortunate, we have a roof over our heads, and food to feed our children. Our challenges arose on a very different level. Seeing our children becoming more and more passive, losing appetite, motivation and sleep is something that none of us have ever experienced before. Experts say that it takes 90 days to form a new habit. These kids spent much more than that alone in their rooms in from of their computers for learning, for entertainment, and for social interaction. This will be the lonely generation.
