External panel members with experience of similar CPD schemes have been appointed to
provide guidance and support.
A flexible approach to evidence has been taken, with a focus on quality rather than quantity,
the impact of an academics teaching on their learners, and deep, critical reflection on personal
development and teaching philosophy.
