Coweta Circuit
The Yolanda K . Jabley Clothing Center is located in LaGrange which provides clothing to those in need in Troup County . The clothing center has been helping their local community for over 50 years .
We had the pleasure to serve by unpacking and organizing clothing on racks , shelving fall / winter bins and pulling out spring / summer clothing .
Southern Circuit
LAMP ( Lowndes Associated Ministries to People Inc .) is a homeless shelter located in Valdosta . The shelter houses men , women and families . LAMP also provides a clothes closet , street outreach , and empowerment .
We were able to assist the LAMP staff with transitioning their clothing store with packing up winter clothing for donation and organizing the store with seasonal items .
Dunbar Elementary School
Division of Reentry Services partnered with the DJJ Office of Volunteer Services for their Beyond Books Project providing hygiene items for over 80 youth . The care packages were distributed to students during their end of the year program .
