Spring Cleaning
For the soul
with Redd
Cleaning is often frowned up due to the unpleasant exhausting side effect, boring nature and occasional contact with dust and grime. The key to gaining motivation to clean, is to adopt the right attitude and use the right method.
On your new mindset
Dwelling in an untidy environment affects a person on various levels.
1) A chaotic environment fosters negativity. People are creatures of habit, so it can be easy to fall into the habit of ignoring a mess, especially if you "don't feel like" cleaning up. That attitude can become worse over time; in response to constant discomfort, unpleasant odors, and lack of social stimulation due to the mess and overwhelming emotions from an out of hand lack of tidiness. Cleaning up what's messed up can:
decrease or eliminate stress.
2) Living or spending time in a messy home or room can lead to isolation. People generally don't invite family and friends to a junky dwelling. Cleaning up what's messed up can:
enhance your family and social life.
3) Dwelling in a junky environment may mean that a person is exposed to uncomfortable resting surfaces; dust, dirt and debris in the air that may affect breathing; items on the floor which may cause physical accidents. These are all very unhealthy risks. Cleaning up what's messed up can:
promote good health and safety
Consider these things and allow them to mold your new outlook on cleaning.
On your new cleaning method

Then gather your equipment in one box or bag. And place it outside the door.
2) Next, make a mental or physical note of the elements that build the mess in the room. This may consist of important papers, paper trash, clothing, shoes, food, toys, and dishes, make up, writing tools and accessories.
Make sure you have containers available to accommodate. Each type of
