Turbo Chargers - Geared for players 4 years to 7 years of age or those who are a bit older who recently made the decision to join hockey or ringette and require some catching up on skating development

The YMCA of Medicine Hat is thrilled to be delivering a pilot fitness program geared toward individuals 55 plus to the Town of Redcliff!
One of the exercise programs we will introduce is Chair Fit, which is a low impact class specific for aging populations 55 plus who want a fun and safe way to workout. Within this 45-minute class we are seated and perform various warm-up for 5 minutes, exercises for 30 minutes, cool down stretching for 10 minutes. Based on the group and interest expressed, the instructor will change up the focus for a cardio-based workout or one utilizing accessories such as free weights throughout the 30 minutes.
