321105- Aikido for Younger Kids
Aikido is a defensive Japanese martial art which is intended to teach students to defend themselves. This class will teach fundamental techniques and principals and work towards more advanced levels. The emphasis will be on learning and applying Aikido techniques for self-defense purposes, building confidence and focus by gaining skills, and having fun. Teresa Mastison is a mother and former elementary teacher who will share her 20 + years of Aikido experience as the contracted instructor for this class.
